What we store
When you add a document to a project, we store its extracted text and metadata (title, type, source) on our servers, isolated to your account. We also store basic account information (email, subscription status) and usage counters needed to enforce plan limits.
How long we keep it
Document text is retained according to your plan: Free plan documents are kept for 5 days, Standard plan documents for 90 days, and Pro plan documents are kept until you delete them. Expired documents are automatically and permanently removed.
AI processing
To answer questions and generate insights (plans, timelines, SOW reviews), the text of your documents is sent to a third-party large language model provider for processing. This content is used only to generate the response to your request.
Analytics
We use PostHog to collect product analytics — such as which features are used and general usage patterns — to help us improve the app. We do not send document content to analytics.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details — Stripe handles and stores that information under its own privacy and security practices.
Deleting your data
You can delete any project and its documents at any time from the workspace. You can also permanently delete your entire account, including all projects and documents, from your account settings.
