Using the service
Inkwell Artifact lets you upload project documents and use AI to generate summaries, timelines, and plans from them. You're responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to share it with us and with our AI processing providers.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to use the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a payment fails, we may mark your account as past due and, if not resolved, downgrade it to the free plan.
AI-generated content
Insights, plans, timelines, and summaries are generated by AI based on the documents you provide. They may contain errors or omissions and are provided for informational purposes only — they are not professional, legal, or contractual advice, and you should verify important conclusions independently.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from account settings, which permanently removes your projects and documents. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
